Will my credit card details be safe when making an online booking?

Yes. We guarantee that our checkout service is secure and that your payment will be automatically processed by our Credit Card Gateway (Payway – powered by Westpac).

When purchasing from Adelaide Tuition Centre your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. If I have booked into the wrong seminar, can it be changed?

If you have made an incorrect seminar booking, we are happy to assist you in changing your booking, provided the alternate session is still available and you have your original proof of purchase from our online store. For any queries relating to this, please call our office staff on (08) 8241 5568.

How will I know that my online booking has been successfully received?

Upon placing your online booking you should receive a confirmation email notifying you that your booking has been successfully received. This will be sent to the email address you provided in your booking. This email will provide confirmation of your online payment and include a booking reference number. If, for any reason, you do not receive a confirmation email from us, please call us on (08) 8241 5568.

Prices and currency:
All prices displayed on www.adelaidetuition.com.au  are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Holiday Seminars Terms & Conditions

  • Term 2 Early Bird Terms & Conditions: Book five or more sessions in one transaction by Monday June 26th to receive a $5 discount per session. Our regular price is $70 per session, discounted price is $65 per session. Please note, the Early Bird discount is not applicable to UMAT courses.
  • Enrolling after seminars have begun or not taking a full subject program? While we usually manage to maintain the same tutor and relevant ability group for each seminar, it cannot be guaranteed.
  • You may change your seminar booking, provided you do so by Wednesday prior to commencement (5 July 2017), as changing one student can affect all of our class allocations.
  • Want to be in the same class as your friend? You must let us know by Wednesday prior to commencement (5 July 2017). If your marks are the same, it may be possible to put you in the same class. However, don’t alter your marks just to match your friend’s, as it is more important to be placed in the correct ability group to get the most out of your seminar.
  • If you would like to change your ability group, please let us know 24 hours in advance, as we won’t be able to change your class on the day.
  • Want to cancel your enrolment? You may cancel your enrolment with full fee refund provided you give us 7 days’ notice prior to the commencement of your program. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to give 7 days’ notice, consideration may be given in regards to a refund, but a cancellation fee of $70.00 will apply.
  • As part of our duty of care, students are not allowed in classrooms unless a teacher is present.

Please arrive at St. Aloysius College (38 Angas St, Adelaide) 15 minutes early, bring a pen, paper and calculator/extra material if required. We will provide students with Seminar notes.

Private Tuition Terms & Conditions

When registering for private tuition, we charge a one-off placement and first session fee to cover our time to find a suitable tutor within the area you live. After your first session, you simply pay your tutor direct at the rate applicable to your year level. Signing up for Private Tuition requires a commitment to either 8 hours or 10 weeks per subject.

For shorter sessions, covering project reviews, UMAT, scholarship tests, please contact us directly for a quote.

Please be advised that if you change your mind and cancel your private tuition prior to your first session, you will be refunded the charge of your first session. However, you will forfeit your registration fee.
